Yakuchare

Today, I had a meeting with my boss, we call it ‘yakuchare’ and it’s hold three times a year. 

We have to share our career plan and goal of this year, and check each other about goal attainment level. I set a goal to speak English naturally.

Speaking about goal atteinment level, I received a good feedback about my trying on business trip to North America. I was very surprised and satisfied with this result because I had been so nervous to visit America alone on business. I couldn’t been failed and my speaking skill is not so good. I did well to try it.

I’ll transfer to new department next May, but I left a lot of tasks. I must organize about catastrophe reserve and Concur system.
